Terms and Conditions — Pak Aviator

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the pak aviator platform in any capacity — whether you have registered an account or are simply viewing the site — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If any part of these terms is not acceptable to you, you should stop using the platform immediately and not proceed with registration.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and pak aviator. They apply to your use of the website, all gaming products, any bonus or promotional offer you participate in, and all financial transactions carried out on the platform. They apply at all times and govern every interaction you have with pak aviator.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pak aviator you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any company or third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of pak aviator or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently have a closed, suspended or restricted account with pak aviator for any reason.
• You must not be registering or acting on behalf of another person.

Pak aviator reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify that eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Accounts

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on pak aviator at any given time. If you already have an account and attempt to open a second one, both accounts may be suspended pending review. Any winnings generated from a duplicate account may be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any payment information used for deposits or withdrawals. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date and must inform pak aviator if any details change.

• Your username and password are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone else.
• You are liable for all activity carried out from your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.
• Pak aviator will never ask you for your password via email or any other channel.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign or transfer your account to another person.

Account balances held in PKR are maintained securely. Pak aviator does not apply any maintenance or inactivity charges during your normal use of the platform. Extended periods of inactivity may be subject to a separate inactivity policy, details of which are available from support on request.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pak aviator are conducted in PKR. We support deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The methods available to you may vary and will be shown at the time of deposit.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to a verified payment method in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Bank transfers may take longer than mobile wallet withdrawals.
• Pak aviator may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and is not specific to any individual.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or that form part of a promotion may be subject to additional conditions before withdrawal is permitted.

Pak aviator reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or if identity verification has not been completed. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to resolve the matter.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Pak aviator offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion has its own specific terms — these are stated on the relevant offer page and must be read before opting in.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal request can be made. These vary by promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

Sports betting on pak aviator covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other available markets. Bets are accepted subject to the following conditions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds — including odds being significantly mispriced — pak aviator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event and bet type.
• In-play betting markets are available on selected events. In-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion within the standard timeframe, bets may be settled according to the prevailing rules for that sport and market.
• PSL and international cricket matches that are affected by weather, the Duckworth-Lewis method or other interruptions are settled according to the official result recognised by the relevant governing body.

For casino games, slots, live casino and fish games, each game operates according to its own published rules which are accessible from within the game interface. RTP figures are as published by the game provider. Pak aviator does not alter the RTP or outcome mechanics of any third-party game.

7. Fair Play

Pak aviator is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script or tool to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not considered valid and will be reversed.

Pak aviator monitors platform activity to detect irregular patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, pak aviator may suspend the relevant account pending investigation, withhold withdrawal requests and take any other action it considers appropriate to protect the integrity of the platform and its players.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters where limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including fraud or wilful misconduct on our part.

11. Account Closure

You may close your pak aviator account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being met.

Pak aviator reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Identity or age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Fraudulent, abusive or otherwise prohibited activity is detected.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been applied at the player's request.
• The account has been dormant for an extended period, as defined in our inactivity policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, pak aviator reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the breach pending investigation. Legitimate balances unconnected to the breach will be returned in due course.
